Charges at Active Enforcement Debt Collection Services
Business to Business Debt Collection rates of commission:
Debts up to £10,000 - 10% Commission
Over £10,000 - 5 % Commission,
Debts over 1 year old - 15% Commission
Minimum Collection Fee £100.00
*Under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2002 we request the debtor to pay statutory interest and debt collection costs as well as the principal sum
Consumer Debt Collection rates of commission:
Debts up to £10,000 -15% Commission
Over £10,000 - 7.5 % Commission
Debts over 1 year old - 20% Commission
Minimum Collection Fee £150.00
